Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta is a quick, flavorful dish perfect for weeknights or special occasions. Tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a rich garlic butter sauce come together to create a comforting and satisfying meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, spaghetti, or your choice)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
