- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, spaghetti, or your choice)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
