- 2 medium courgettes (zucchini), sliced

- 200ml (7 fl oz) double cream
- 100g (3.5 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Cook Bacon: In a large frying pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: Using the same pan, sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add Courgettes: Add the sliced courgettes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
